Cream Cheese Chicken Bacon Broccoli Dish

This dish might be considered a casserole, or if you add a little moisture or broth might be considered a soup or stew. However you prefer, it is so good!

The ingredients include bacon, shredded rotisserie chicken, onions and bell peppers,  shredded carrots,  chopped potatoes,  chopped broccoli and cauliflower, spices, parmesan cheese, a little water and cream cheese.

Let's start by choosing a large soup pan. Set the burner heat to medium and put 6 whole slices of bacon in it, turning occasionally until the bacon is crispy.

Remove the bacon and let it drain on a paper towel. Then add the shredded rotisserie chicken,  onions and bell peppers, stirring occasionally to cook the vegetables. You might want to drain a little bit of the bacon grease away or you can keep it, whichever you prefer.

Add the shredded carrots,  chopped potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower and continue to cook until all vegetables are done. Season with fresh ground black pepper,  parsley,  sage, garlic and sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese.

I didn't add salt, because the bacon is salty enough for me but you can do what's good for you. Crumble the cooked bacon and add to the pot, stirring well.

At this point, the only thing left to do is add the cream cheese, about half a block and a little water and let it all melt and mix together. Enjoy!

So so good!
