No Sugar Brownies

Just a few ingredients make these delicious no sugar, no guilt, fudgey brownies. Start with three over ripe bananas, mashed with a fork in a mixing bowl. 

Add a half cup of creamy organic peanut butter and a half cup of organic baking cocoa. Just a pinch of salt and a couple of sprinkles of cinnamon. 

Drop a handful of crushed walnuts and then two heaping tablespoons of almond flour, coconut flour and one heaping tablespoon of tapioca flour. 

Crack open and drop one pasture raised egg and a half cup of apple juice. Mix these ingredients together very well and then spoon into a muffin pan with twelve slots that’s been greased with coconut oil. 

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for about 25-30 minutes or until sides begin to pull away and the top looks done. Since these are so fudgey the toothpick test may not work.
