Hello there. Sometimes I practice keto. Sometimes I don’t. I think keto plates look very appealing and appetizing. I have searched online for such ideas. Finally one day, I decided to make up my own keto plate suggestions. Here are a few I came up with…
This first one consists of white breast chicken in the center from a store bought rotisserie chicken. I added a baby spinach leaves salad with Rotel and ranch dressing. Also, there are a few wedges of red bell peppers, cucumbers with ranch and a handful of raspberries.
Number two here is four pieces of nitrate free bacon, a cheese omelette with chopped onions/red bell peppers, a small scoop of Rotel, cucumber slices and a handful of blueberries.
Next, we have a mix of white and dark rotisserie chicken meat with a small amount of honey mustard for dipping, sautéed brussel sprouts with onions/red bell peppers, celery sticks with peanut butter and a handful of raspberries.
Here we have 4 nitrate free link sausages, two organic cage free scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, sliced radishes/cucumbers and a cored honeycrisp apple drizzled with peanut butter.
This is a simple plate of dark meat rotisserie chicken, cole slaw dressed with ranch and sautéed brussel sprouts with onions/red bell peppers.
Slight variation on this one includes the last bit of dark meat rotisserie chicken with a very small amount of bbq sauce mixed in and a couple of spoonfuls of lentils with Rotel.
This day I went with six cracked pepper deli turkey slices rolled up and filled with cheddar cheese and topped with a little honey mustard, a baby spinach and radish salad with ranch, half of an avocado sliced and a generous portion of fried yellow squash and zucchini with onions/red bell peppers.
And last but not least, we have nitrate free bacon, two pasture raised eggs over medium sprinkled with cheddar cheese, radish/cucumber slices, avocado slices and a small cup o blueberries.
Who said keto wasn’t fun and delicious? Not me.
