So here’s a pretty good sausage recipe starting with a pound of fresh ground pork. Here’s the spices I use: Himalayan pink salt, fresh ground black pepper, sage, marjoram, garlic, ground clove. I use about a teaspoon of each and mix very well.
If you feel like splurging, here’s a delicious dipping sauce for these yummy sausages:
One quarter navel orange, peeling and all, chopped and into the nutribullet. Sprinkle a little cinnamon, ginger, clove, nutmeg, cardamom and add a quarter cup of almond milk. Drizzle about two teaspoons of maple syrup.
What a treat!!! And no MSG!!
